Yes, 40mm bases has been used for design. For that reason, the width of tiles are 40mm instead of 25mm (but length is 25).
It´s fundamental to get reasonable sizes assembling any Space Hulk map.
For 50mm, you can remove totally the walls (you can see both question at this pic).
Anyway, I would like remember that 40mm bases were designed for Warhammer 40,000. You can play Space Hulk with that, but will have problems with jam situations (in our scenery as well as in the official board).
Also, V design was intended for miniatures in extreme postures!!
(this corridor was the first, don´t pay attention to the roof)

EhSteve: double corridors will be a reward for perks with A reward class. Anyway, they will be available for a next upgrade-campaign (only to get accesories: oil-drums, screens, boxes, cables, double corridors, big rooms... ups!)
Quarterdime: Actually they are available as kits. Perks 1-8 are different size kits. Is that your question? (English is not my origin language, and probably I didn´t understand you completly, sorry).

Gah. Swing and a miss. If only 40mm bases fitted wholly within the tiles I'd be selling a kidney fir this.

So.. this strikes me as being mdf but with really fiddly thick stickers to add raised detail (kinda like the antenociti workshop KS but they used card and etched brass I think).
My questions are this:
When the perks arrive, are they going to appear like the ones in the photo or just the basic colors like we see in the videos? It looks like some weathering or shading has been done on the models for photos but I am not sure.
Do we have to apply all of those stickers or is that done prior to delivery?
Are any of the pieces from the Indiegogo considered exclusive (meaning not available after the campaign ends)?
Your website looks half finished and my Spanish is not very good, but I did look around trying to get a sense for what other products your company has produced. Do you have any links to previous successful projects?
If all of this has been asked or answered I apologize. I have a lot going on right now and I did look for these answers but might have missed them.

We talking 4x4 rooms or 6x4, 8x6 etc type deals for this next campaign alongside the double wide corridors? Completely onboard for that.
Not to jump the gun, but I assume this is planned for after this campaign (i.e. after January 2016)?

You guys certainly have style! It's a little hard to tell what you will get with a reward (as in what is a sticker versus what is painted and thus not included) but the overall aesthetic is one of the best I've seen. Adding on other materials to the MDF is a really good idea, and I would definitely consider buying some of these if you offer them on your website after fulfilling this campaign

It arrives with the basic colors just you see in videos and photos (grey, metallic, and the others yellow, red, green...)

You will have to apply the stickers. Is this instead of paint. It´s is easier and faster than other alternative, and ensures better results

Really there isn´t. Could be a good idea to sell, but I don´t like, could be frustraiting for new clients.

Our website will be updated. We do a lot of things of basic terrain, but lots of them are now out of order because we are changing old designs.

This looks awesome. I think I will place some orders in the next month. Would be nice, if you can upload a video, where you show the basic techniques to make a nicely weathered building out of the pre-colored parts.
And some questions:
If I get it right, everything ordered will be delivered in the end of december or at the beginning of january 2016?
Are the rewards special items or will they be also available to order?
