Well GW doesn't seem to be interested in making miniatures games either.

The dark behind the eyes.

You mean as opposed to a company who thinks the hobby is "buying models"?

EDIT: Damn Ninjas! I thought the pirates wiped you guys out.

I will respect human rights and trans people but I will never under any circumstances use the phrase 'folks' or 'ya'll'. I would rather be killed by firing squad.

Yeah, when i read the small novel that is the Death Guard unit options and think about resolving the attacks from a melee-oriented min size death guard squad, the thing that springs to mind is "Accessible!"

GW seems to have a crystal ball and just pulls hairbrained ideas out of their backside for the most part.

You're not. If you're worried about your opponent using 'fake' rules, you're having fun the wrong way. This hobby isn't about rules. It's about buying Citadel miniatures.

Please report to your nearest GW store for attitude readjustment. Take your wallet.

I can only hope that if the IP is boutgh out, it's by a bunch of downright nerds who love the idea of a Wh40k TT game.

Which means we're SOL, as most of us seem to use our spare money on the game, rather than waiting for GW to go bust

I enjoy model building and painting but I bought into 40k to play a complex and tactical Wargame. If GW turns it into Apples to Apples with Your Minis, I'm just going to stick to 2014 7th or 5th. Maybe if they do this everyone will finally give up and adopt a Zagman-style rule set with some balance and just play that.

You mean I shouldn't play Marius Leitdorf by bringing Ina horse on a stick, pretending to ride and talk to it?

Is there a permanent stickied thread for Chaos players to complain every time someone/anyone gets models or rules besides them? If not, there should be.

I had wanted to try returning to fantasy also. But if this is how it's going I'll definitely pass.

This was my reaction to, I'd been waiting for 9th edition, AoS whatever, to leap into fantasy but this? pass.

I'm all for a beer and pretzels styled game, but if you expect me to dump potentially thousands of dollars on your game, you gotta give me SOMETHING

Opinions are not facts please don't confuse the two
