Nice job " Forging the Narrative!!!!" Lol

Strangely enough, it doesn't take crappy rules to "forge a narrative."
I've also done it with Infinity and Malifaux. Strange. I might have to do more research into this.

you can have fun, interesting games while also having great rules and being competitive and not being an ahole.

Fancy that!

I also love lots of cool terrain and rules. And I'm one of the most competitive people I know.

Well, I play Cryx with passion, also at local tourneys.
My favorite is an all-infantry list with some arc nodes.
My opponents are usually not fond of playing this army.
Therefore, I avoid some harder builds and go for variety including Satyxis Raiders, Ghost Raiders or Nyss Hunters.
In view of the casters, my favorite is Gaspy2 followed by Deneghra1, Skarre 1 and 2, Goreshade2. Haven't played Goreshade3, he's also hard to deal with.

The only time I roll high is for command checks and such.

Hah, if I use my dice for any other game than Warmachine or Hordes... They become very spiteful for the next couple games.
