You probably should have had an option that was "less than 50 but more than zero". Too late now.

"'players must agree how they are going to select their armies, and if any restrictions apply to the number and type of models they can use."

This is an actual rule in the actual rulebook. Quit whining about how you can imagine someone's army touching you in a bad place and play by the actual rules.

Including characters, infantry, walkers, tanks and planes, about 160 all told. Enough to play games with and have a few options.

About ten less if you're disallowing Forge World for the count.

Or just a "I don't own any sisters of battle" option before 50. As it is now, it makes it look like everyone who participated owns at least 1 model.

I have the Sisters of Battle poster by John Blanche. Does that count for anything?

No, if you don't have 51+, you aren't a "real" Sisters player.

Really nice for posting your army pictures, fellow Adepta Sororitas lovers!

Oh, it's no big deal. To me, people who voted while thinking "I have zero models, I'm such a clever guy to use the loophole in that poll haha" are in the minority - they certainly have too much free time on their own to spend it on a topic clearly not meant for them. They know it.

I'm glad to see there are quite a few fellow who own a lot of our brave Sisters of Battle. Those huge armies are especially nice on the table, good work to you people!

I think I will make a few pictures of my own collection. I just need some time to put it whole on the same table...and make the necessary repairs. Sadly, most of my models aren't painted...this topic should help to motivate myself to paint a couple more from time to time!

There is not this idea.

I need to pick a color scheme for mine. Something bright and cheery while still looking real, but not involving the color blue. I'm so sick of blue.

Maybe then I'll buy one more.

Bone-white and black, or bone-white and gold or silver, or bone-white and blood red. Those will all work with a Sisters army.

It is best to be a pessimist. You are usually right and, when you're wrong, you're pleasantly surprised.

What about dark green, silver and white?

How about deep purple base color, with white linings and silver trimmings??

If I were ever to step off the non heretical path set down by the original six Orders of the Sisters of Battle. I think I would go with gold armor with red robes, white as a splash color for icons and the like. Probably even easier now that all the Stormcast Eternal paints are out there.

A ton of armies and a terrain habit...

Quite! And don't forget the new paints that will come out soon. Could be nice to use them for having shiny fashionable Sisters of Battle.

As for myself, I tried a few ones in the past but the only that satisfies me is the plain silver armor with golden details and red/black heraldry. Classic, but effective.

You know what, that's the one. Purple is the best.

Note: Also heretical? Possibly. But still best.

Heretical for sure. IMO gold fittings and the like on purple with white robes would be better, silver and white together would be too much for me.

I have around 14 Sisters models, 15 if you include the old female Inquisitor model with the fleur-de-lis iconography all over her power armor. Oh, I also have a Sisters Rhino/Immolator, so I guess that counts.

Back when Witch Hunters was a thing I used a small contingent of them alongside my Guard. I started working on a Repentia squad but only got a blister pack of them before I drifted to another project and never went back to Sisters, sadly. Found a few of them the other day actually, might just paint them for the hell of it.

Of course my girls wear black.

But I might (re)do their linings in purple. Hmm...

I went with green and brown because it was unlike any soritas color scheme I'd seen before. I have a hundredish models painted, about half that again including what's not painted.

Did a few like this.

50+ sisters, maybe 35-40 painted. Cool army.

My $0.02, which since 1992 has rounded to nothing. Take with salt.

I own 80 Sister models, all 2nd Ed, many with conversion to match Wargear they use to have access to, such as one with a jump pack and power fist, or all the Stormbolters and Combi-weapons that were great in 2nd (and not so useful in later editions). Although, I did replace all of their MkI Rhinos/Immolators with current ones, and converted the one over to Legion of the Damned (back when they were their own army with Rhinos and Dreadnoughts).

Don't own as many as I used to, as I've sold some to pay for books. But I own a decent force.

I'd buy some more if they were in plastic of course, because I hate my old paintjob anyway (not that I think I can do much better).

The people in the past who convinced themselves to do unspeakable things were no less human than you or I. They made their decisions; the only thing that prevents history from repeating itself is making different ones.
