Dear backers



Lady Luck is smiling on you today!

We have now got THREE stretch goals lined up in quick succession which I am confident we can smash through in the next couple of days!

After 'Betsy', the grumpy cruise missile (who we described in the last update) we will be hitting a VERY col upgrade for the game that comes FREE to Director level backers and will be a low-cost add-on for all other backers.



Given the setting and theme of Armoured Syndicate - in the ruins of sin-city, we felt it only right that we bring a bit of 'Vegas casino into the Armoured Syndicate game itself.

When we hit the £15K mark all Director level backers (and everyone else for just a few pounds extra) will get a pair of custom 'lady luck' poker chips and a new special rule card with the game. These are premium ceramic chips, not cheap plastic, and they are REALLY gorgeous things, custom made for us by one of Europe's top suppliers to casinos and professional gambling establishments!



In the game you will be able to include the 'Lady Luck' rules as an option from the start. This special rule can be enacted once per game by either player and allows them to 'gamble' on the result of a combat action. Essentially, before a combat action takes place (be it them making the action or them being attacked) they can place the poker chip on the character card of their model. If they are attacking and are successful, then they get to DOUBLE the damage done to the target or reverse any damage done to them if they are the target. If they are unsuccessful, then the reverse happens and they receive the damage.

This will be a REALLY cool extra twist to throw into the game... if you feel that Lady Luck is on your side!

Next up we have a competition for you all!

We need your help to get Armoured Syndicate noticed and get new backers in this coming week as we enter the final 7 days of the campaign.

So... we are going to give away 20 free miniatures, not with your pledge, but NOW, these will be sample miniatures we already have made that will be posted to you next week... if you complete our task!

Then you need to become a "fan" of Armoured Syndicate... Follow this link to the site. On the top of the page there is a greyed out "heart" next to the "subscribe" tab, click on the "heart" to become a "fan".

The first 20 people to accomplish this will get a free miniature, we'll send another update once those have been claimed (but don't worry we have a few spare if you are one of the last and just scrape through in time).

We will have some other cool competitions running for the rest of the campaign and more cool new miniatures and game expansions to reveal in the stretch goals over this last week!

The slot machine is a separate item so we will also be offering him with the option of something else in his hands that we have already made :-)
