However it is not normal by any means for a human to have an extra nostril. That appears to be the level of distinction between shadow sun here and the regular type.
I just think Shadowsun was sculpted by a different artist and he didn't thoroughly examine the Tau reference material. The new Ethereals are very different in "look and feel" to the first batch, for no particular fluff reason.
