Haighus & lancebenchpress, have an exalt each! Awesome suggestions, those conversions look quite achievable by my meager standards too, which helps a lot... on top of looking fething brilliant! I'm going to do some more research on the Puppetswar and Maxmini heads, hopefully they'll look okay mixed together!

Wow. So, I saw that post with the great coats and arms etc, and it just clicked: I may never start another sci-fi human army along the lines of IG.

But if I do, every part will come from Victoria.

Despite my gigantic painting queue and planning on adding more with Dakka's new game, I can't help but see a platoon of female Tannenburg troops in my future at some point.

Hopefully vic doesn't release them anytime soon for my bank account's sake.

You're welcome From one of the comments in the blog with the Puppetswar heads being used on Vic models, they said the Maxmini heads are a better size. The Puppetswar heads looked great though.

That was me the Puppetswar ones are nice all be it a little small, the Maxmini ones are larger and scale better IMHO.

With a bit of cutting and fitting you can attach the Warlord arms to the female torsos. Or, give the girls WWII weapons, which don't look as out of place in their hands:

A lot of people, including me, use Twitter because Facebook isn't quite as private. Easier to use pseudonyms and such, and most other miniature designers bar GW have a presence. Well, GW do have account, but it isn't in use.

Yes! Bren guns would be brilliant! Although the dude at the front looks more like he is expecting a Sten gun from the way his hand is angled.
