Reflect on a 2+ is massively overpowered. The lizardmen item is only magic missiles not every single offensive spell.
Change it to
MR 3. Or auto dispell on 3/4+ is still Alright.
Or make it something like for each dice they throw into the spell targetted at the unit you get an additional +1 to the dispell attempt rolls. If they Irresistable force the spell, you can Then choose it to be reflected back at them but they wont suffer a miscast.
This represents the mirrors reflective property as weaker hits will just bounce off in random directions, and super powerful ones will hit them right back.
(if you have a
lvl 4 wizard and the enemy rolls 5 dice and gets around 22 total. you have +9 to the dispel roll so you need to roll 13 which is below average on 4 dice

)
Remove all the 'No look out sir' If it still has to randomise it will never hit a character. If there is so few models left that it does. They dont get look out sir anyway with less then 5 models in the unit.
The only time it will come into effect is if your shooting at a character outside the unit 3 inches away and he can try on a 4+
His bow should be like the normal glade guard and be
Str 5 at short range.
Str 4 at long. But remove Armour piercing from Both.
In my opinion that would fix him
