If you have cast Flesh to Stone (+2 T/ +4 T if Throne of Vines is in play) on a unit while ToV is in play but then ToV is dispelled in the subsequent magic phase, does the unit still have +4 T or does it revert back +2.
Also, vice versa, what if you cast flesh to stone before you cast ToV. Does it become +4 T or does it remain as +2 T as it was cast at the +2 T level?

You look to whether ToV is in play when the Flesh to Stone is cast. It won't change. Either it is +4 or +2 at that time and it remains that way until it goes away, regardless of the continuing status of ToV.

As above. If it was cast as the +4T version, it stays at the +4T version. If it was cast as the +2T version, it stays as the +2T version.

Yup, stays as what you cast it too. its great when your oponent forgets about the spell cos hes too greedy trying to cast his own spells.. then next turn you get 10 power dice and throne is alredi in play xD

The ToV bonus is determined at the time the spell is cast, so if you had it when you cast the spell its gonna work like that till it ends.
What did you do it with regrowth, did models die when ToV was dispelled

You read, casting them during ToV gives benefits, nowhere does it say that if it ends the benefits are lost, the effect of the spell is decided when it is cast and cannot be changed.
Edit: Or would you allow my flesh to stone to go up to giving +4T rather than +2 if i where to cast ToV after it?

Yeah if your going to tell people to "read the rules" then you might want to get them right yourself.
Spells cast when throne is active retain their benefit even if throne is dispelled.

Please provide the whole text, when you will find that it affects the CASTINGS of the spells. Is casting a thing with duration, or something that happens at a point in time?
Just a quick question: do you play it that models brought back with the D6+1 regrowth die if throne is dispelled?

God damn, he really did quote that completely wrong.
It reads "Whilst the spell is in effect, every time the Wizard miscasts, roll a dice. On a 2+ the miscast is ignored."
Then "Furthermore, the Wizard's castings of the following spells have the following benefits: (benefits)"
When it's dispelled you can no longer miscast and any further castings don't get following benefits. It doesn't state the benefits have any duration.
