I just give a tiny "ts" sound prior to the "zee-nch" part instead of fully pronouncing the "T".

In context other than Warhammer, I will pronounce "Daemon" as "Day-mon".

Nah, there's no 'tuh' sound, afaik.

Hard to explain, actually. Hmm...Well: Zeen-tch

Except theres a miniscule little 't' sound that I can't bother to spell phonetically.

You pronounce it Tzeentch.

It's sometimes hard to get, but you can roll your tongue from T to Z.

I read "tz" as German "z" (as in "das Herz"), like the "ts" at the end of the English word "hits."

Yes, like the ts which translates into a zz afterwards.

I've heard people say "zee-nitch" as well, but I don't think that's right. "Inch" is not pronounced "eye-nitch," after all.

I'm also of the persuasion that it's just one syllable, with lots and lots of letters.

Really, the whole name is basically just three diphthongs. tz, ee, and tch with a stray n in there for good measure.

I've always said it as "Zeentch" and just treated the first letter as silent, like in "pterodactyl" but I have one friend who pronouncess it "Chech" and another who says "Tiz-neech." I have no idea where the missing/added letters come from and I try to correct them each time subtly...I've pretty much given up at this point though. We can't all be English majors!

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.
