Dave, didn't you do at one point a Cadian conversion that used Gor or Ungor heads and dark red uniform scheme?

Why yes I did, they were kind of a precursor to this army.

Really nice conversions, and the painted chaos symbols are excellent touch.

I really enjoy following his blog on these on his blog spot. I will profess I was sitting at work bored waiting for him to post these recent ones and all I can say is DAMN was worth the wait. Good luck at the GT dave.

This is great work! How did you do those eightpointed stars on those two artilery pieces? (not so into the new guard codex, medusae is it?)

The tanks look great. Recognizably 40k and Imperial in origin (if not in loyalty), but also distinctive. And the paint scheme is very effective. Looks war-warn, authentic, traitorous. Well done.

Was that you on 40kradio? I heard them questioning somebody about their blood pact army, so I assume it was you! Props on making it onto their show! You're stuff is still awesome, btw. Diggin the armored vehicles.

I just stumbled across this blog while looking for inspiration for my new Guard army, and it blew me away. I've been a huge (but silent) fan of your work for quite a while now, and I have to say that this is probably my favorite I've seen. It might have something to do with my love for Dan Abnett's work, and the intersection of two of my favorite artists, of course.

I'll be eagerly following both this and your blog from now on. I can't wait to see more!

wow Dave, going through your blog, I noticed the newest addition to your forces! Im a big fan of the Ursurper, as well as the at-73´s! Exceptionel work really!! Those half-track/ "chimeras" are pretty wicked as well.

@Flachzange - thanks mate, I have just finished painting Fulgrim and he'll go up in the next post, and off to my client tomorrow.

I've just started work on making one of your trucks. I'll have to wait a few days before I can use my school's laser cutter, but it should be built soon. All your models are superb, and I'm really grateful that you posted instructions and templates. Hope you get the rest of the guide up soon.

Excellent group shots, the Blood Pact look very cohesive together despite the rag-tag vibe to each individual.

have to say that patar sin in the back their is my favorite model in the army. Honestly I only ever pictured him much like that(though with bdirty blonde hair no idea why).As usual great work spot on.

*edit* Also, the Trukk's to counts as Chimera conversions are brilliant.
