Hi everyone,

Let's say that a "Remains in Play" spell was cast with Irresistible force during my turn. Could my opponent attempt to dispel it later during same magic phase (using the base casting value of the spell), or would he have to wait until a subsequent turn to come before attempting to do so (ie - on his coming magic phase turn)?

While on the topic, if the spell wasn't cast with irresistible force, could he decide later in the same magic phase to dispel it? And if he could, would it be off its base casting value or the value that I had cast it on during the turn? My guess is the latter, but want to know for sure.

Tanks!
