When i sructure my marauder army, what are the best mark/weapon combos?

I am asking this becuase i have had a chaos knights/chaos warriors majority army and i want to see what a army with large numbers works.

As far as what I think for the question though,

Great weapons + MoK
Shields + MoT

Both combos seem to be good, depends on what you want them to do, how many you are fielding, and what the rest of your list looks like.

Yeah, wrong forum, and a thread pretty recently covered this.

To add to what Lehnsherr said, if you are fighting Init 4 or lower opponent often, Flails and Marks of Khorne (in ~30 man units) are good too.

Light armor with the shield isn't bad either for the MoT guys. If the idea is to bunker, 1 point a model for 1 better armor is a pretty good idea.
