There are several things I'm not a fan of:

1) HQ with no invulnerable
2) Scouts with Bolters
3) Thunderwolves with no SS

The Leader needs a SS bad. What's more, you should give him a weapon to capitalize on his higher Initiative. If he strikes with a Thunderhammer against a dreadnought, you may as well pick him up.

Drop the Bolters. From the Scouts, BP/CCW is perfectly fine as you want these bad boys charing all the time. Unlike their power armored brothers, they can get cut down fast if they try and stand strong. Also, if you buy Melta Bombs you have to do so for the entire squad, not just for a given number.

Your Thunderwolves now meet my chopping block. Knock out 1 from each unit netting 150 points. Use this for Storm Shields on each pack (1 each), upgrading the Battle Leader to a Lord and putting a Storm Shield on him.

There's more but I figured I would address these first.

No meltas on the Grey Hunters? I'd switch the runic armour on the HQ for a storm shield

Who needs meltas with that many S10 Power Fist attacks running around?

Really, my biggest concern is the lack of "Reach out and touch someone.

In all honesty, I would probably sacrifice on of the Thunderwolf Units for 2 Packs of Missile Launcher Long Fangs, but that's just me.

You mean the two units with power fists? Hardly many..
