Hi All

I am going to the next Throne of Skulls tourenment and decide to use orks, I'm normally an eldar player and wanted a bit more of a hit it with a hammer if that doesn't work get a bigger hammer approach to playing.

ur list needs boyz!!

-tankbusters are horrible for 150 pts for 6 BS 2 rockits + tankhammer or you can get 10 lootas (potential 30 str 7 hits) or 3 rokkit kans.

-Id definatly replace the weapons on the kans with rokkits -- its the only bs3 rokkit and best chance of blowin up tanks.

-take out a dread and add more boyz, id also suggest replacing the stormboyz with more boyz. they need to be in at least unites of 20 but 30 is better

-if you keep a dread get rid of the rokkits (bs 2) and put skorchas or skorcha/additional close combat weapon



----you could do good with a kan wall as you advance your boyz behind the kans to get cover save while they are covered by the mek but you need alot more boyz.

thats my two cents

remember that lootas and tank bustas dont get the option for a dedicated transport so you will have to use up a HS slot to buy them a looted/battlewagon.

bit of a pain I know, but tbh you could be better off getting rid of one or the other [I'd get rid of the tankbustas and give the lootas transport to your boyz squad] and load up on sum boyz.

I make your maths a bit bad here too (10 x loota) + trukk = 185... RTFB

Best advice im gonna give ya.....Since ur a new ork player i assume you dont know this.....Pick an army type and go with it dont Mix and match

Yes. As long as the vehicle doesn't move.

i have put a looted vehicle now instead of a truck. also as this is a HS choice i dropped one deff dread and brough another 15 boys.
