My friend was trying to explain to me what an undivided chaos army is but I can not find any color schemes for them, how would I go about painting an undivided army?

Any suitably dark and evil colour scheme. You aren't bound by faction colour schemes, so it's free license!

I was looking through the codex and I really like the black legion color scheme, if I fielded bezerkers can I paint them in the black legion colors too?

Yeah , theres no rules restriction on modeling fluff lawyers will probably have a problem but its your army so do as you please, for example in my red corsair army everything was painted in a unified red and black scheme.

Red corsairs -2000 points
Empire army -2000 points

Well...as a "Fluff Paralegal" (not a full fledged fluff lawyer yet).. ...I'd say that the OP should at the least have some sort of "marking" (shoulder pad) indicating his berzerkers as berzerkers..,paint the armour any way he desires by all means, but have something that marks them and helps them stand out from his rank and file troops.
....My two cents.

Edit: See page 74 of Codex: CSM for examples...

I am both selfish and chaotic. I value self-gratification and control; I want to have things my way, preferably now. At best, I'm entertaining and surprising; at worst, I'm hedonistic and violent.
