This is my final decision
Despite what common sense tells me, I have looked around and the general consensus is that the passengers are not killed but are emergency disembarked into difficult terrain due to wreckage, the scout flat out move still counts for shooting until the beginning of your next movement phase meaning immobilised becomes wrecked and passengers begin turn in difficult terrain and depending on leaving model on table the passengers must be place on or touching the wreck or it's base not around the edge,
So flying wings of grey knights, blood angels, dark eldar welcome and enjoy
So this is the ruling, now leave this subject alone or people who decide to have a wobbler will suffer my wrath

After your 2nd to last post I just lay low trying to not cause waves as I thought you'd just come off night shift and you had the extra outside pressures that were mentioned last Saturday. But since you still seem to be having a go at me on a public forum in your latest post.
Explain how the posts, some of which are shown below, show somebody having a "wobbler" or anybody arguing that a fast skimmer doesn't crash . The only question that was discussed was about the passengers and that was brought up in passing. You asked for evidence that it was played a certain way, people gave it. I was asked by Ratwolf to expand on the FAQ.
Hesh_Tank_On wrote:bedeporter wrote:Compared with three ravens full to the brim with crazy combat specialists and dreads, turbo boosting close to your lines with an inherent 4+ cover save unless you're shooting with a hydra?
But remember Sean plays it that if the ride goes down the passengers die, 500pts+ going down to one shot makes it more of a risk.
bedeporter wrote:As far as I was aware that ruling has been changed for the coming event. I may be wrong though.
Wittman79 wrote:I ain't changed anything
If you move flat out and get shot down ya guys are dead and the effects of movement last until the end of your opponents turn
I can see nowhere in black and white anything which changes this if anyone can ie official games workshop FAQ or errata then show me it and the ruling will change

Q: If a transport vehicle is destroyed in a Movement
phase in which it has moved flat out, what happens to
any embarked models, as passengers may not
disembark from a vehicle that has moved flat out in
that Movement phase? (p70)
A: They are removed as casualties.
Latest FAQ.
Question answered.

Then you posted your preceding post which I wont quote incase you want to edit it after reviewing the relevant bits of the thread. As I have said I have a thick skin but I am not going to listen to your posts and not be able to give the other side of the story

Hesh you weren't the only one to have a wobbler and no this isn't a dig at you or anyone, this has been discussed to death and I stand by everything. It is not in black and what what happens to passengers or else this situation would never have come up, there have been other issues raised at various times which have not caused this problem
Like I have said I have read numerous sources on this subject and as for having a go in a public forum !!!!
As for other pressure which we discussed on sat has nothing to do with this as I am very very relaxed and happy about it
So no i am not singularing you out as I have done with ihatenids or ratwolf or anyone else on here
As I have said countless times I'm sick of this subject and want it put to bed nothing else

All the c'tan shard powers you see on the page opposite of the entry, can it use all the powers (but once per turn) or dose it select a limited amount of powers?

Another thing about Njal, quite a few of his powers only work if you go first. I'm not sure if everybody knew that or what.

Well, you've kinda misread the FAQ
Yeah it says effect 2 and 3 only work if you go first but ... effect 2 doesnt do anything ... at all ... but yeah, effect 3 says, ''this turn'', which translates into game turn ...
Game turn is 2 player turns right? yeah .. yeah ...

So a few of his powers don't work if you go second?
Like I said haha.
No misreading involved.
Yes a game turn includes each players turn. It's all about the wording of the powers.
Most of them work but the two specifically mentioned in the FAQ don't.
i was just trying to be helpful lol
