Special Rules:
Reactor Meltdown: If the Wrath of Onogal suffers an Apocalyptic explosion result, the range of the explosion is raised to 6d6 instead of the normal 3d6.

Command tank: all friendly tanks within 6" of the Wrath of Onogal ignores Crew Shaken or Gun crew shaken results.

Looks quite boring, to be honest. All you've done is taken a Baneblade, added a couple of Vortex missiles (which would be too large for the vehicle anyway, I mean come on, they're Titan weapons) and given it a bigger blast radius.

Have to agree with valkyrie here; if it is called the Wrath of Onogal (which after all is another name for Nurgle) then I think it should be more like a kind of unique Plaguereaper.

When the tank gets destroyed, it is replaced by Glutrend the Plaguefiend. Nurgle enough for you?
Maybe rename the main cannon as the Pleghm cannon, make it poisoned (2+) and lower the strength to 7.
