In this codex there will be different lists to represent the changes in the tanith regiment, each one labeled as the arc of the books ie 'the founding'
Ally system:
Instaed of the eintire codex just being tanith there are allies that you can use. There are 0-3 Allies allowed and as well as taking up an ally slot they aslo take up their normal slot, ie if you want a squad of Volpone stormtroopers they take up 1 ally slot and 1 elites slot etc etc.

The Officer may exchange either of his weapons for;

I like it, fairly excessive use of camo-cloaks but I guess that's how the first and only roll.
BS5 is fairly serious for a guardsman, even for a sniper. I'd keep him at BS4 and reduce the points a bit, after all we're not space marines!
Good work I say, although I would suggest you beef up the missile launchers if they're going to be so low on heavy weapons, they are pretty seriously overpriced in the standard guard codex.

I think Catachans have like a 3 foot combat knife that still gives no special benefit (even when they had their own codex). Ditto for marines Gigantic blade. It's just a ccw.
Just let the Straight Silver give +1 attack in assualt, also the Tanith don't take things like plasma guns and the whatnot, the most they have are missile launchers, flamers, snipers and the odd autocanon throughout the various characters, to me it just seems like you copy and pasted what they can have in the guard codex and gave them camo-cloaks/straight silver, I think it needs to stick to the fluff a bit more, leave out SWT and HWT, they don't have them...leave that to your 'allies' rules (which should all just be streamlined into one block rather then choosing from the 3 arcs). Also make taking Gaunt compulsory...because at the moment it just seems really un-fluffy compared to the books

to my standards, this seems great, the bikers look intresting, but I think that bragg should be an upgrade to an infantry unit, It seems like a waste of relentless to put him with other heavy weapons, also the wording on his rules need fixing, also I asume that a long las isjust a sniper rifle correct?
If its at all possible, try and Include Eszrah ap Niht in the next update (gotta have poison weaposns )

I like the idea of the Tanith list you've put together. Here's some thoughts/ideas... make of them what you will
In the Command squad options you have missile launcher for 10 points and Tred Fether for 15. Given that you said the Tred Fether is the same, why is this in here?
I'd like to see the Spotter rule for the snipers. If two snipers are within 2" of each other you may choose to have one of them act as a spotter, swapping his shot for +1BS to the other sniper. I'd also suggest downgrading the snipers to BS4 in their baseline stats as they are highly unlikely to be better than Space Marines.
Mkoll would probably be the Ghost's equivalent of Marbo rather than leading a Scout team as he tend to act on his own a lot in the stories. If you choose not to infiltrate him at the start of the game you may instead gain +1 when seizing the initiative.
Scout teams could take longlas as special weapons. I don't remember them ever actually taking special weapons with them?
Feygor could, once per game, place a booby trap marker on the table. This will explodes with the same result as a 6 on the vehicle damage table when an enemy unit comes within 3" of the marker.
Brin Milo would be an upgrade to the command squad in the first and second Arcs acting as if the command squad had a banner. If he doesn't shoot, he may instead play his pipes which allows Gaunt's special Order to be granted to all units within 12", not just one.
I like Greedy Goodness' idea of allowing tred fethers to be taken as special weapons in platoons. This is more fluffy as they don't, as far as I can remember, ever actually use melta or plasma (other than Hark's pistol) weapons?
We also need a Saint Sabbat upgrade for the command squad in the Saint arc.

I remember One guy had a plasma gun in the first book, as for melta... There might have been a guy using one in the saint arc or in founding, but I say the melta is a go, they need dedicated anti heavy tanks and terminators.

i like the idea of straight silver being more than a CCW as the ghosts in the fluff are alot mkore "hitty" that traditional gaurd tactics of stand back and shoot, i think the snipers should be bs4 to be reaslistic and say have larkin as bs5
also maybe spec rules for larkins mentalism, such as before the start of a turn roll a D6 1= -1 bs 2-5= no change 6 +1 bs but can not move next turn
