Here is a converted big mek from AoBr. It's still in the works but here is what I have done so far.

Just made these 2 guys yesterday. The ogre is a butcher I converted from a battalion kit, using various parts from a bull, iron gut, and leadbelcher kit. He is the first of three.

the eldar is a farseer that is a minor conversion, my blister kit didn't come with the top of his staff, so i got some Tomb King skulls and green stuff and made a top part, it actually came out really nicely.

So I was looking through this thread when I noticed I hadnt yet posted any of my work in it and I thought this was a crying shame to denigh you all the joy of gazing upon my greatness. 8-P (Just kidding) Im pretty sure I posted this on some other tread, but I figured what the heck "Horn Tooting" is something Im pretty good at. 8-)
Anyway I was in need of bumping my 1850 WordBearers army up to 2000 points and I figured a defiler would fit that bill to a T. I didnt want a basic out of the box model though, I needed a peice that would really stand out. So I did a few doodles, then pulled out the plasticcard and green stuff and went to work on the defiler. It turned out to look NOTHING like the doodles I did.
So low and behold I came up with this. My "WordBearers War Alter".







The guy is not the "pilot" as some people tend to think, He is the sacrifice to the deamon bound inside the defiler. I was going to paint him up in black legion colors.


Well when I finished the Defiler I got into a serious "Must convert every model I see!" mode, plus I saw pics of Boltmans WorldEaters dread and i wanted to see if I could convey that same sense of motion. So grabbing a dread I have sitting there, I got to work.



Well this Dread done I wondered if I could make some Termies look more animated(even the new plastic{at the time} ones still seemed pretty staic to me). So I got to work.





(these Termies were still WIP at the time of the pic, thats why there are no shoulder pads and still some green stuff work to to)
If anyone wants I have some more that I would be happy to post.

Here's my Traitor Guard. I find quality in simplicity.

This "counts as" the Avatar to my Eldar Exodites army, I call him Planet King Yvenaurael. It's converted from a Carnosaur, lord of Slaanesh, Fuegan, various Eldar bitz, and LOT of green stuff

I like this one too, It "counts as" the Shadowseer to my Exodites army. I call her Rhaz'ael, she is the outcast shadowseer of my Keeper's of Dreams ("counts as" Harlequins) to my Lileath-Aean Exodites. I converted her out of a guardian body and green stuff. A complete scratch built model.

@ Behind the Mask, those are simple breathtaking.

Im trying to make a good Ork Transport out of a Tonka Trunk, so far Ive got most of the painting and Bitz of scrapz added to it, soon enough Im putting a driver and a gunner on it.

Those Dragon Ogres came out REALLY well.. mind if i use the idea?

This is my first conversion, but I think he turned out great. A friend gave me his Assault on Black Reach Dreadnought and I used bits from an ork trukk for the ball and chain, defiler for the mask and plasma cannon, toothpicks to spike him up, greenstuff for the fleshy parts, sprue for the core in the plasma cannon, and a heavy flamer from somewhere. What do you think?

Go for it. It's actually quite easy to do, there's only one major cut, and not too much green stuff needed.

I can't get the dang wrecking ball to hang downwards on my trukks, much less sideways. Looks dead killy there though, nice work.
