I am currently attempting to turn a new sprue of Wolf Guard into Rune Priests with Terminator armor but I am having some difficulty. It only comes with one axe and the angle of it is horrific. I have a lot of bits from Space Wolves Pack sprues and some other stuff. I am currently considering cutting the claws off of the lightning claws in the terminator sprues and gluing axe/staff parts to hold with. I also need a way to make them look explicitly different from other Wolf Guard but I'm not sure how to go about that either. I'm not against buying cheap bits from safe sites but so far all I know of is the war store.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

I'm not too familiar with the wolves myself, but as far as bitz sellers go, I've had good experiences with Bitz Barn and, on Ebay, Hoard O Bits.
Hoard has some fairly expensive buy-it-now bitz prices, but you can often win the auctions for cheaper. There are a few other big ebay bitz sellers, and the Ebay ones generally tend to be pretty safe for the buyer, especially when they have quintuple-digit feedback scores.

The Wolf Guard Terminator sprue is full of bits that you can use here. An option is to use the TH or frost axes, cut the top and replace it by some other bit. I did this with my PA rune priest.
