I know there are battle magic cards for the various armies.
The ones I have found are:
Beastmen
Dameons of Chaos
High Elves
Orcs & Goblins
Tomb Kings
Skaven
Are there any others that I am missing?

Does High Elves have a battle-magic deck? Couldn't find it on GW, would love a link for it if it isn't too much of a bother.

All the army specific cards were limited release and were snapped up very quick. I expect you could find them on Ebay, but expect to be shaken down if you want them.

If you look 'em up on ebay they're like 13-20 bucks, not too bad, but then there's those guys who try to go for $75...
