So the idea behind this is almost the same as if I had Sigvald, I just had some spare points to throw around. The lord will go along wtih the chosen unit and since he has Diabolic Splendour, enemies are now taking -1 Fear and Terror tests, so that should be annoying. I also decided to make the two heroes a bit more WYSIWYG. The Exalted has the whip because she's modelled with one, plus I tend to get into alot of challenges, so it could be helpful.

Thoughts? Suggestions? I still have 13 points to spare, and I'm etchy on the Conjoined Homunculus since I'm not a fan of stupidity. I have an entire army of stupid Trolls already...

2 things I am disappointed or wells ad about is you guessed it Mos giant and boob snake (shoulda guessed one of those for sure since you know how I feel about the giant at least).

But of course haha. I have a Steed of Slaanesh actually, but haven't decided how I want to use it yet, though it will definitely make its way into the list for 3k.

Hopefully within the next couple weeks I will be ordering my FW Keeper of Secrets which will at times be serving as my Giant.

I'm trying to keep in mind what I'll be using for my future WoC armies (Tzeentch, Nurgle, and yes I decided I will do a seperate Norse army). I don't want to overlap anything so that when I play in large scale games, I can use everything without having to worry about restrictions. Same reason I will have my warriors equipped with something different for each army.

At the moment I plan on having the Nurgle Giant (if you can recall that conversion idea I had) and two giants in my Norse army, so that will be four in a big game!

I like the list, although I agree with the two obvious omissions... boob snake and a giant with the only mark that makes it decent (MoS)

Looks quite competitive and themed- good work! My criticism would be, take off the fluffy gear from your characters and change the MoS on the units to other marks, and you've got your standard chosenstar-supported-by-warshrines and marauders WoC build.

But there are some nice touches and it's certainly cool with the chars added in! One thing you could do is model the marauder flails as whips to go with the theme.

I would feel so sinister changing the marks since they are clearly painted Slaanesh (with banners and everything). I Would feel like like TFG for doing something like that in a casual game.

If I go purely for competitive reasons I wouldn't have a problem with it since its a shop full of TFG at that point. But I was more or less striving for a fluffy list that wasn't a complete push over.

An interesting thought, I might see what I can do for some of them. But as you saw in my P&M thread, I'm using the hooded flagellants so the already look like they are kicking themselves in the face. You've given me a few ideas though >:] .

Edit: I suppose that for friendly games, after I get the keeper, I could also replace the two shrines with a MoS Giant. It will definitely attract fire from nothing else...

Not sure when I'll get to the shrines. I really want to do them since they have the most converting potential but I want to finish the Chosen unit and one of the Marauder units before I go about buying the Chronos'.

Nice nice but hey when you get around to it let me know for sure I want to see those I cant even imagine what they will look like.

Not sure if I made that clear, I meant the only thing keeping it from being a typical list was the wargear on the characters and the marks- definitely wasn't suggesting you drop the marks! I like it a lot as-is ommission of boob-snake aside (and I understand as there's no cav in the list).

Keep of secrets sounds like a nice giant!

Maybe use boob snake and a hero to terror bomb? Mask of eeee the fancy gift and a biting blade maybe a shield and you are set.

The keeper would make a nice giant.

Awhile back I converted an exalted on a steed of slaanesh (DoC one, not "boob snake") and was running him as anti warmachine/solo wizard hunter.

If you keep him relatively cheap he is pretty efficient!

Exalted-- MoS, steed of slaanesh, sword of swift slaying, dragon helm (or charmed shield)-- should come in under 180pts... Alternatively you could just use just a halberd for more strength but I enjoyed the re-rolls from ASF.

And edit to add that you have two magic armor on the BSB I think! D.helm and e.shield!!

You can have both a Magic shield and a set of armour on characters. Its one of the bullet points on the armour page of the BRB.

I feel that while that was an original interpretation, that opinion has either been corrected by FAQ or by general consensus.

I'll leave it to someone else to find a quote as I am at work, but I'm fairly confident that the BRB is stating that you can have one of each type of armor (ie one shield, one helm, one type of armor), but not multiple magical armors

No sorry 1 magic armor you can go helm and a normal shield thats legit.
But ya 1 f each thing just like magic weapons 1 and only 1 :(
