I'm looking for someone to give me an idea how I can replicate the green weathered bronze look for some areas on my marines.
I'm pretty new to painting but I have an idea for an excellent theme chapter and i want to make it work.. Going to use weathered white marble for a primary color and use weathered green bronze as secondary.. going for an ancient protector look.
Any advice you have is greatly needed!

Thanks in advance

Never done it but this may help.
Prime in chaos black.
Basecoat in scorched brown, drybrush boltgun metal but only in dabs and then after that drybrush Blazing Orange mixed with Vellejo Matt Medium in dabs.
Then drybrush in strokes with Dark Angels green and again over that with an Arcane Blue.

You could then minimally scrape the paint with a toothbrush then add a Devlan Mud wash.

Secret Weapon Miniatures do a verdigris pigment powder. It's very good.
