Alright... time for the Auxiliaries.

These are about the size of a US Nickel in case you are curious. An amazing level of detail. You could spend a lot of time picking out the rigging and the decorative aspects of the ships if you wanted (shields, castles, windows...etc). Obviously plent of room for freehand for those so inclined as well. I'm painting this up as gaming pieces so please forgive me the sins of the speed painter.

Looks like my dragon is still a tad wet from the Dullcoat. ops:

Great work mate, I much prefer your colour scheme for the wrecks. Got a really good feel to them.

Great paint job. Gives everything alot of character.

I was very tempted to buy this, both for the game itself and for the mat and islands for other gaems like Uncharted Seas and Dystopian Wars. All the dang skulls have cured me of that temptation. Damn shame.

Thanks for the comments. The water is pretty simple
Reaper Master Series Triad.

Base Deep Ocean
Drybrush 1 Surf Aqua
Drybrush 2 Marine Teal
Drybrush 3 Privateer Press Frostbite - white with a touch of blue in it would work as well.

I glazed green ink mixed w/ glaze medium 1:1 on parts to add depth. Certainly thrakka would do the same but I didn't have any at the time.

Here is the Skarbrus, undead leviathan.

Flesh is Based w/ GW rotten flesh
Highlighted w/ Vallejo Model Color, Deck tan (could be khaki w/ a touch of white maybe 5:1 if you have GW colors)
Highlighted w/ Vallejo Model Color Silver Grey (White w/ touch of Khaki 4:1 if you have GW colors)
Thin Glazes of Liche Purple and Red Gore finished the skin off.

I have been placing most recipes in my blog if curious (not trying to flog it and I'd be happy to answer the questions here too).

Very nice! I am actually taking my time to paint each ship and island. Every model is so different from the others that makes you think about how you'd paint them.

I wish I could be that advanced but so far only the Heldenhammer is sailing the blue moth
