A massive Daemon Prince of the Black Legion, and a personal friend of Abbaddon himself, from a time immemeorable, Serpentus the Treacherous is ranked among the highest of Daemon Princes in the galaxy. Every one of the Gods are his master, yet he serves none. He prays to each god in the middle of a battle, depending on who he has slain, for their benevolence. At the end, he asks the god's rival to remove the gifts, so he may better serve Chaos Undivided.

WS 7
BS 5
Str 6
T 5
W4
int 5
Att 4
Ld 10
Sv 3+/5++

Serpentus is an HQ choice for a CSM army or an Elite choice for a Daemons army.

MC

Wargear( CSM)
Trident of Traitors
This massive Trident means that any model wounded by it must pass a pinning test. If it is failed, that model will fight with - 1 attack and -1 Int for the combat. When the combat is over, if that model is still alive, it is pinned for the next turn.In addition allows him to fire a ranged weapon with the following profile

Range Str AP Type
12" 8 2 heavy 1, rending pinning.

Power Armour

Daemonic Gifts
Iron Hide
Daemonic Flight

Special rules
All standard DP rules

Unbound servant
Keep a special count of the particular models Serpentus kills. At the start of turn 3, add a " point", to each god, following the table below.

If the model had a WS of 6+, +1 to Khorne, unless it had psychic powers.
If the model had any psychic powers +1 to Tzeentch.
If the model had +1 to Nurgle, if it had a Toughness of 6+.
+1 to Slaanesh, if it had an Int of 6+, unless it was a Wraithlord/Guard, Pariah or C'tan.

Note that other Daemobns do not count towards this.

Whciever god has the most "points", bestows special rules onto Serpentus, as below.

if Khorne had the highest points, Serpentus gains +1 WS, Unholy might, and Blessing of the Blood God., and a Mark of Khorne.
If Tzeentch , Serpentus becomes a Psyker with the Bolt of Tzeentch and Warptime powers, and the Trident becomes a force weapon. He gains a mark of Tzeentch.
If Nurgle, he gains +1 T, a Mark of Nugle( these are cumulative). Poisoned weapons now need -1 to wound him, so 4+ would become 5+, and 6+ couldn't wound him. He also gains the Boon of Mutation.
Slaanesh, he gains Hit and Run, Musk of (I can't remember), and a Mark of Slaanesh.

If there is no winner, ie, Slaanesh and Khorne, then he gains no bonuses, and must check again next turn. These bonuses last till the end of a battle.

What should this guy be? 275pts? 250? Is there anything missing?

Come on dakka pay more attention to threads!

Personally i think the rules are great your basically buying a basic daemon prince with the potential to be a psychopathic killer or impressive psyker but there is a lot of chance that your daemon prince will be killed before it can have any cool bonuses and a lot of people that you might play against would like those odds and probably let you use it (i probably would). as for points i would go with about 240. great set of rules and if anybody else agrees with them i would like to use them too.

I was thinking of taking that model and using him for all 2 games too. On a circle base he can be Balrog for LotR/WotR, or a Khorne DP with Wings and Iron Hide. Just swap him to a square base for WHFB.
