Here is a Gorman that I painted in such a way that he'd match both my Cygnar and Magnus forces.

As an interesting note, the a lot of the colors are book ended with opposing complimentary colors. For example, the blue is shaded with purple and highlighted with a yellow color.

Overall, I'm happy with how he turned out, even if he is a bit brighter than what I usually do.

I really like the technique!

What's nice about this Gorman is that all the detail of an excellent sculpt isn't lost. I'm sure he looks fantastic on the tabletop. The yellow shoulderpad seems a little off to me, not in any technical way, but its inclusion strikes me as a little odd.

That's my only critique; nicely done!

Yeah, this is one of those great sculpts that wants to paint itself, practically.

You know, I think you're right about the shoulder pad. The hazard stripes were included so that he would fit in with my Magnus Agenda force (and all of them have some hazard stripes somewhere on them).

That's really nice. Makes the model pop in a way that the standard greeny grey schemes you see people use don't.

Yeah. I wanted to make him look very individual compared to the all black/dark color scheme we normally see him in. All together, there's nothing wrong with the darker scheme, I just wanted something different.

He actually felt much harder to compose this way than he does when he's in dark colors, but I think I was well rewarded for it.

Nice work. Not very inconspicuous, but he looks brilliant.

I agree about that being a miniature that just wants to be painted, the main reason why I decided to field him.

Well, that's as good a reason as any to put a mini on the field.
