I don't even KNOW anymore.

Very nice, very clean. Drill out the SB barrels and add more highlighting to the glaive though. Make the base a little more interesting by using different types of flocking.

Looks good.

Thanks. I was thinking of cutting him off the base and making a large stone for him to stand on i just dont know what materials to use, any tips for that would be appreciated.

There's lots of things that look like 40k scale rocks: bark especially from scotch pine or ponderosa good thick flaky stuff, cork, and small rocks. Shale, sandstone, or a thin layer of concrete broken up into pieces.
Personally I use sandstone because it's easy to find around here. Eventually I get tired of breaking up little rocks and glueing them and I make a mold. I can add pics when I get home if you so desire.

Is that your first model ever? If so that is remarkably well done. You have excellent brush control, and eye for detail, and clean up well.

As for ideas/tips for bringing it to the next level:
  • use a black wash on the metal (or a heavier wash if you already did) then drybrush back on boltmetal, and highlight with mithril.
  • The face is a little flat. Try basing with purple and highlighting all the way up to bleached bone. Darken the eyes.
  • The blade is good, but a bit flat. Maybe try doing a gradient up from black
  • Paint the joint ridges (like inside the arm) black, it adds a lot to the finished look. Highlight the ridges if you feel you have the necessary brush control
  • Use a .29mm Micron pen (or detail brush if you have the control) to put some scribbles on the book and prayer scrolls
  • For gold base with something brown, paint shining gold over that, then highlight with burnished gold. Mithril silver makes an excellent top level highlight if you have the control. Alternatively paint shining gold, mud wash, paint shining gold, burnished gold, mithril.

I agree with Riplikash, this is really good for a first model. I also have little to add to his tips... Maybe that the blade can indeed use a gradient, but not only from black to blue, but also from blue to a slightly light blue to highlight it... drybrushing is a really easy and fun technique..

If that is your first model EVER then its really great that there isn't any smudging or paint where it shouldn't be (silver face/fleshy armor)

All I can really think of is to clean up a few bits where paint has gone on other parts. Other than that it's brilliant for a first model... Certainly miles better than my first model.
