Just recently revisited my necron battleforce and now that my painting skills are a lot better i wanted to give this guy a go :

I did see a tutorial on how this scheme was done a while back , and tried to find it again but had now luck. If anyone knows where i can find it it would be much appreciated.

it looks like white with a gyphone sepia wash, then white over the 'white' parts again

I agree, the bone looks like bleached bone with a sepia wash then bleached bone though. You'll have to buy the rod from somewhere too. Perhaps add to it by painting the eyes a bit, perhaps some light osl to make them stand out a little. Base coat the eyes scorpion green, covering the edges a bit as well, then make the eyes themselves white.

Would you be able to dye the rods somehow?

It is the bone colour necron , this was the finished product of the tutorial but i simply cannot find the tutorial that showed you how to paint it. Thanks for the help so far guys , P.S the Rod was not important as i will be using purple rods ordered online

Those Bleach boned Necrons are very nice.

That is one of the best "alternative" necron paint schemes I've ever seen

The real key is swapping out the green rods for red ones. There are a couple or retailers online that sell colored rods.
