The special thing about issue one, is that it contains the battle between Deneghra and Haley that hasn't been published elsewhere. As you try to sell it I would think that would be the main point to advertise.

Not sure about a going rate on the print version, I couldn't find one for sale within a few minutes of searching the interwebs, but I did find the PDF version for $6 from rpgnow.com. Some people might put more value in having a physical copy, so I would imagine $20ish could be expected from someone wanting it for their collection. It about matches the £14 Yastobaal mentioned, too.
