So I got a idea on how to convert my waralter but I need your guys opinion as I have never seen this model in person.

The piece of the terrian on the right would make a great waralter if giving some wheels and such but is it too big?

It is quite certain that there will be soon an Empire wave including a plastic war altar. You might want to wait and see.

That piece will be a bit too big for a war alter, both in height and length. Clever idea, though i don't think it'll work too well. If you have a GW nearby, they might have one you could look at.

It would be too big as was said too long for sure maybe the width would work tho.
Maybe if you get creative you can make it work.
But I have no idea how you would go about it.
