Are the old CD Bull Centaurs of sufficient size to be counts as Dragon Ogres, in your opinion??

I have only seen them once but would say yes. People make tiny plastic dragon ogres so really they are not that big anyway

Dragon Ogres have Ogre bodies, bull centaurs have dwarf bodies. So bull centaurs are considerably smaller, maybe half the size.
If you want to make a Chaos Dwarf count as WoC list, I would suggest to take Bull Centaurs as Chaos Knights.

The actual old models are intended for cav bases, so the will be a bit smallish.
But in Tamurkhan they are depicted to be quite massive(Monstrous Beasts), so if you are feeling frisky enough to convert your own, that's an option.
I imagine FW will release the kits for them too.
Either way, I think they will look much better then decrepit DO models.

The world is your oyster : )
