What was the main concern with the change up? I would drop the shatter shard. It's never worked for me. I would thin down the warriors to 5 and cram them in a venom. With the points saved you could get two more blaster born and lose, really, nothing from the list.

I had issues trying out bloodbrides and 5 man warrior squads; hated em.
Shattershard has, literally, won me games. It's killed Yriel, Farseers, Wolf Lords on foot, all sorts of heavy hitters. Its all with good usage. Also, the 9 man warriors are the ride for Duke; gives a squad his ability for 3+ poison, rerolling hits, and another large scoring block.

I've nailed Ghazghkull Thraka twice (same opponent, 8 months apart) , and many other things. Grim Smasha, it is a Wild Card that adds *fun* to a list.
Zid - Looks like a fun/hard list.
One item I'd definitely change is Sliscus. Are you totally in love with him? I can see two more haems in his place to buff tome wyches ... and all he is doing is buffing one unit of KWarriors; EDIT; oh, yeah, and getting better drugs for girls with a second choice ... but I don't feel as that's as good an asset as two haems buffing 'em with starting Pain Tokens. .
Two other nit-picky items:
Venom blade on the haem - toss
FFs are needed on all raiders.
2 haems and points enough for 3 or so FFs on raiders.

Looks pretty solid. It will be not so good for the two Wych squads that don't get Haemonculi, but at least a couple will get it. I think a savvy opponent will try to focus fire the non-FnP Wyches early on - but since you're also a savvy player I'm sure you'll keep 'em in cover. The only downside from the sails (aside from the fact the Raiders can't shoot next turn if they use them) is that you can get some inconsistent moves. You may move your first Raider 36" and the rest only 26" (if you roll just terrible), and leave somebody's butt hanging in the breeze. It probably won't be too big of an issue since you'll still have 12", disembark, fleet, 6" assault next turn but it's just something to be aware of.
I would like to echo Zid's Shattershard sentiment. I've had them do great (remember those Wraiths Zid?) and had them do nada. If I have 5 points free and already have a Haemonculi with a Liquifier I'll almost always upgrade to the Shattershard.

Good point on the sails. Duke is pivotal to the list; he gives me 2d6 drugs, is a pretty good beat stick, and buffing the warriors. I see your point, but in numberous games bad drugs have made the game rough... he nearly always gives me something good.
FF's are NOT needed on all raiders. As pointed out in my tourney reps from this past weekend, I found my wych raiders turboing more often than not. That said, the FF's were wasted about 50% of the game. The venom blade was a filler. Also remember with duke if I get a 6 I can choose to take a token on every wych squad if I really need it. Good point! May scrap some sails for other upgrades then... shock prows perhaps?
