US taxes must be submitted by April 15th. If you extended your sale to April 16th, people would have a day to breathe and hopefully throw more money at you.

Ok well that sounds pretty sensible, since Salute is on April 25th I reckon it makes sense to extend the sale til then. We want to see Warmill cities everywhere!

As posted on our facebook page, shipping of our new C.A.S.Hstak range was held up by the Easter holidays (my bad for completely forgetting about it!), fortunately that's all sorted now and we're pleased to report that shipping of orders has begun properly .

Time for an update on shipping! Due to the large number of big orders we've received we are running at approximately a 4 week lead time from date of order to dispatch, we currently have 21 open orders to fill and we expect to send out 2 today, both Mega Mansions.

We are finding the Mega Mansions to be the biggest delaying factor; because they include every part of the C.A.S.Hstak range we have to do a lot of cutting to get enough parts together so they tend to be ready in batches. Right now we have a block of 4 orders containing Mega Mansions, once they're completed the next few orders should go quite quickly until we get to the next Mega Mansion.

Well after a long period where order fulfillment times were way too long (4 weeks or more urgh!), we're pleased to say that all current orders will be packed up and shipped out by the end of the weekend.

As an apology and a thank you for those customers who've been waiting patiently we'll be sending out discount codes on Monday and will be starting some new promotions, as it didn't seem right to start new offers when people were still waiting for orders from the last promotion!
