They are saving money by buying smaller boxes, its a screw up by the purchasing department that the gaming community hasn't figure out yet. GW has been melting down the "extra" five guys that could fit into the box and recycling them back into the model mix though as not to waste materials .

The LR & Rhino look sweet... really nice texture to the paint.... and the same goes for the last post of the guardsmen! Really like that slightly rough paint effect! Is there a specific effect or paint you use to achieve it?
Oh... and the tarnished metals on the tanks too! Really nice!
