Hi all!

Well after a long wait, we finally have the Upgrade Kit for our Battlesnap Barricade System available for pre-order! The Battlesnap Barricade was already an incredibly flexible set, now it's even more flexible with options to upgrade Straight sections, Corners and Heavy Weapon Towers to a more armoured barricade complete with second - level walkway to ensure your troops' complete safety and absolute annihilation of any attacking enemies!

Each upgrade part is easily detachable in no more than 2 actions, giving you total choice between regular or upgraded barricades for each game, introduce rules for destructible terrain in your games, or mix and match regular and upgraded parts. European gamers who collect Tabletop Insider will be able to see a perfect example of this in the current issue 08, where our terrain is used in a battle report between Necrons and Imperial Guard. To give an idea of how big the Fortress set is, it's basically the only piece of terrain on the board! We will try and post pictures in this thread if we can get them from the guys at TTI.

Our Battlesnap Barricade System can be arranged in a huge variety of ways, and can be split up to cover large amounts of a gaming table. Further expansion sets can be added further down the line to give you even more layout options, simply adding an extra Gate kit to a Fortress gives you enough parts to have a large outpost either end of a table for a brutal battle for no man's land Our local gaming club has been spreading a Fortress kit over multiple tables, and find it works very well for Infinity as well as WH40K. Since I've been playing a lot of Infinity, I can vouch for that!

We have a few pre-order special offers available, check them out HERE!

Anyone who has seen one of our Barricade kits in the flesh will realise how big they are, (especially the Gatehouse!) but if you haven't seen them then we will be attending Bovington Wargames Show, Colours at Newbury and Warfare at Reading later this year

Thanks to everyone who has supported us this past year, especially those who kept poking us about finally releasing this kit! Now we have a fortnight of printing labels and instructions and sticking stuff in boxes to look forward to! Our Elevated Roads and sci-fi Noodle Bar will be released next, hopefully within the next month!

Inside your mind, corrupting the pathways

I have to say that I have loved seeing the development of this kit and hope one day to see it in the flesh (and maybe own one... or many! ).

Me too!

If you could, as it would be helpful, please make this the "Warmill News, Previews and Rumors" thread.

Simply update the title when there's something new to report.

Thanks, and I'm looking forward to seeing what else you come up with!

But that would require effort! I mean, no more effort than it would take to write that exact post but you know.

What are we talking about to get exactly what is in the picture if you haven't ordered anything before?

I think you have to buy the original set, and then its corresponding upgrade kit

Sorry, but it is still a bit clunky, and isn't a 'one click add both' thing.

Bit of an oversight on our part, it's been a hectic couple of days

I was wondering how well this would scale down into smaller structures

Yeah, effort- as in Links don't work, and I can't get to the site from where I'm at. You might have read that if you wern't trying to be the clever runner up to smart guy number 1.

Of course, it's easy when I have this much talent

Am I the only one thinking this would have been perfect for the now defunct Starship troopers game?

Have to say though a very reasonable price for that much stuff!

And I didn't want to say it, for fear of sounding like a spoilt brat ("but I didn't want the kitten, I wanted a puppy! ") but I can't wait for the noodle bar also!

And depending on how the TT game develops, these could be very useful for Sedition Wars. Especially the PUPs

Sorry I am a bit slow, but 2 questions:
1) What is the TT game (I presume not 'time trial')?
2) What is PUPs (I assume not a woman's breasts)?
