Hi all, i had just had my Army finished off. i have been collecting Sisters of Battle for about 3 years now on and off, last Nov i got some guys in area to Paint them for me i wanted to go with White Armour and Red robes, keeping Tanks Black and having bit of Red to spice it up a bit.
As there is not alot of SOB army’s (mainly cos there £6-£8 per model)i thought i would post mine and see what you guys thought.

if you know someone high up in GW can you please ask them to give me a full codex. Working out of 2 mags is no fun lol.

i have about 3000 points, but that’s allowing a few weapon swaps and HQs. (ofc i cannot field all 4 HQs) so i can make a 2500 army nicely now.
i will post few on here, if you wish to see more i will give link at bottom

HQ. Saint Celestine, Jacobus

Battle Sisters, Sister Repentia

All army photos are here - http://s883.photobucket.com/albums/ac38/Troll1986/Sisters%20of%20Battle%20Army%20Warhammer%2040k/

Thanks for looking this is my 1st post, please let me know what you guys think

Nicely done! I bring a printed PDF version to games and tourneys for use and keep the WDs in my case. I give a little disclaimer to each opponent before the game and no one has ever had a problem.

Great looking stuff! Love to see the rare army's especially when that are completely painted like yours. Hopefully GW will revive this facet of the imperium before they become antiquated.

4250 points of Blood Angels goodness, sweet and silky W12-L6-D4
1000 points of Teil-Shan (my own scheme) Eldar Craftworld in progress
800 points of unassembled Urban themed Imperial Guard
650 points of my do-it-yourself Tempest Guard
675 points of Commoraghs finest!

i know right.... Very rare it would seem.

i looked on this site to try see more SOB armys to get some idears, but there was very few. it would be nice if GW keep them in the game & gave them more Models then maybe more people will play them.

a few sites saying there staying, a few saying will be phased out. i have no idear what to believe now. but at 9 sisters and 1 Sarg = £40 / $64 (crazy money for 10 troops)

Thanks again for comment, i am looking forward to getting some more feedback

SoB are included in the main rulebook for 6th, so it is unlikely they are going anywhere.

lol. Hey, I was there when I started. I spent a lot of years slowly getting better. Keep working on it and you'll get there eventually.

And thanks!

Thanks mate, i can not paint anyway. i spent all Gaming as a kid with a un painted army, said to my self that would not happen again.

it took about 7-8 months in small groups at a time. but well worth it. it makes me want to play more tbh.
