After flipping through the GK dex and noticing that Ordo Malleus inquisitors could take Terminator Armor, I was just wondering how terminator armor for a non-astartes would look like and what size it would be for a normally proportioned humans? would their armor be Astartes sized? Also why don't the other Ordo's have access to this armor?

I think the other Ordos rely more on stealth than brute force, and Terminator Armour is a perfect example of brute force.

in Inquisitor, a Space Marine can take a krak grenade, pull out the pin, eat the grenade, throw the pin, and the thrown pin will actually kill a normal man, whereas the Space Marine won't even have indigestion. This has actually happened in a game. Hell, a marine can throw his bolt shells and do more damage than by shooting his boltgun

Good question actually. Iv seen a couple of answers addressing this model-wise, usually involving things like mounting him on that mechanical horse from WHFB or things like that, or making the TDA more bulky and ornate (maybe to hide extra motors inside to compensate?) If you really want just say your OM subjected himself to some kind of experimental process, or he is just naturally hench?

I'd say that Terminator armour would look almost as bulky as the Astartes variant - after all, it's basically the same thing, just a little scaled down (assuming your Inquisitor is smaller than ~2.1m). Granted, Inquisitors are not as "wide" as Space Marines, but Terminator armour is so thick and pimped out that there would probably be little difference. The most obvious thing would likely be the Inquisitor's suit being decked out in Inquisition iconography and richly ornamented. Unlike the Marine Terminators, his (or hers) is a custom job uniquely crafted by the Mechanicus' artificers, of which likely there is only a single examplar in the entire galaxy.

I would also say that, theoretically, Ordo affiliation has little to do with access to Terminator armour. It's more likely a personal thing, a mixture of connections to secure the necessary deals to have one such suit constructed, as well as the simple willingness to don and use one. Most Inquisitors seem to prefer the stealthy approach, and as redkommando mentioned, Terminator armour doesn't lend itself well to that. So you may have few Inquisitors in the other Ordos having Terminator armour, just like you may have Inquisitors in the Malleus not having it. The Codex merely gives you the default options, not pandering to special cases, and hence stressing certain differences in style between the Ordos.

I believe the Forge World model for Inquisitor Hector Rex is wearing terminator armor, at least his size and base would indicate so. I have him, but I don't have the book with his stats. His followers are pretty small, but he's still quite an impressive model.

Two different Inquisitors wearing Terminator Armor were released for Rogue Trader in the late 80's. One was an Ordo Malleus with Psycannon and Force Rod. Very cool figures but they would be smallish by today's standards.
