Everything ever from those Chinese/Thailand sellers. Horribly overpriced. Like yeah they look good, but for those kind of prices?
There's a 'group' of 4-5 Chinese/Thai painters that I've kept an eye on, and the one you quoted is one of them. Occasionally they will start an auction at .01 cents. I've actually scored a few figs from them for under $10 (then $10 for shipping, or thereabouts).
So far I've never been ripped-off, the figs have arrived pretty quickly, and the painting is FAR better than anything I could ever do.
But their -normal- selling prices are indeed pretty outrageous, even if it's quality stuff. But one person's 'affordable' is another's 'outrageous', and all that.

Aww, you can tell someone tried hard on that trukk. I mean, inflated ego re: paint job, but that's a cute conversion that guy must've thought about.

Sure, the price is absurd, but I think it's a respectable conversion attempt. Looks like he took another model truck and stuck a few bits from the official Trukk kit on it. I would play against it in a casual game. Moving on.

Someone is selling a diorama of Balin's Tomb (from LOTR:Fellowship of the Ring). I think it's pretty cool, so I thought hey why not, I'll share the link here.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Games-Workshop-Lord-of-the-Rings-BALINS-TOMB-Custom-Diorama-by-Rateeg-/221960039118
Not really an oddity, but an interesting find.

Well, I'd call the use of photoshopped light source a bit disingenuous, so yeah, kinda' fits the theme. But otherwise, looks to be a pretty nice diorama.

3rd party products, if I'm not mistaken. Certainly intended to represent valdor and custodes guards, certainly *not* a GW product ever.

Listed as "Please Help our Troops! Warhammer 40k Imperial Sector 40,000 GW. Box is empty"
For $69.99 and $52.69 shipping this guy will send you an empty 40k box...so that 10% will go to The Wounded Warrior Project.
Am I missing something?

Can't link due to blatant recasting, but I wonder how many people notice this "table".

Just when you thought you saw everything. Butt-tables!
I got to admire the vision this person had. I mean, it's not particularly clear what the vision is, but a lot of effort went into it and I'm curious as to what it'd look like if its creator had more skill and resources.

The bizarre part is that the seller does own a table. It's in all 11 other photos.

Is the, um, "table" included in the auction?
Actually, never mind, I bet the shipping would be astronomical.

No, no, it's 'BATTLE DAMAGE'!' Even the inner "mechanisms" and giant ball thingy get shot up 'in' war. He 'explains' it several "times" in his book he so kindly wrote out in 'full'.
(Seriously, what is that giant ball thingy? Can't be part of the actual model, right?)
Oh gods, I am in stitches! And wishing there was more than one laughing emoticon.
