hi guys, just a quick question to anybody who has the mauler fiend and the hellbrute.
Would the right arm of the mauler fiend (the one resting on the floor) be able to replace the multi-melta of the hellbrute, if not is there any way to change it to make it fit.
I am thinking of a double fist hellbrute

Don't have the models yet but I found one of the forgefiend online:

judging by this I'd say it's too big, but guess you'd have to try.
If you can wait till tomorrow I can get mine waiting in the shop, dry-fit it and take a picture.

I have both models. Lemme get my Forgefiend from outside, his primer is drying.

EDIT: Here you go!

Apologies for not having either painted, I haven't had much time to work on models since the semester started.

sorry, too easy. Guess I need to say soemthing wargaming related. I am seeing some sort of exploitive tactics. Run mauler fiend up, get charged or charge in. Huge mob, lets say ork boys crowds around the huge base, then charge in for 1 attack slugga boys.

No but seriously, is the Hellbrute's hand-forearm thing really that large compared to the rest of the mini?

My thoughts exactly, and only 2 attacks base on an entirely dedicated close combat machine.

Seriously, there's no good reason Mauler/forgefiends and heldrakes are not Monstrous Creatures.

Also, yes the Power Fist arm is way larger than the Helbrutes, it's almost as long as the entire dreadnought itself.
