I agree with Duke. I'd recommend Wood Elves, personally. Wardancers and Wild Riders are exactly in the vein of Amazons (those units are based off of Native American warriors). Waywatchers and Dryads would fight right in as well.
If you're looking for an army that's not awful, I could always suggest using my Wood Elf Fandex:

Now, with all that said, I'll offer some perspective on what you've got, above:
Thrown on the Run is a little weird. I know it makes sense for this unit to have, but a question that needs to be asked is, "does it make sense for no one else to have it"? Plenty of armies have guys who could be considered "masters of the hunt", or something like that, but they do not have this ability. I would change it to:
Units with this special rule do not suffer a penalty for moving and shooting.
Camouflaged is also a little weird. Is Ambush described anywhere else besides the Beastmen book? If it isn't, you should write out the whole thing here. Only reference things from the base rule book.
Dodge doesn't need to be a rule. Just explain in the model's description that their Ward save comes from their agility, not magic.
Now, as for the Queen: she should be comparable to, say, a Bretonnian Lord, not a Chaos Lord. She's just way too good right now. She's got light armour, which means she can buy magic armour, but she automatically has a 4+ Ward. She's got Poison and Frenzy, and, the biggest of all, Stubborn Ld10. She's pretty much better than any other Lord-level character.
The more I think about it, I'd combine a Bretonnian Lord and a Hag from the Dark Elves. The first is an example of supreme physicality within mankind, while the second is an insane, poison-using madwoman. Something like...this?
Amazon Queen (150pts)
M6 WS7 BS6 S4 T4 W3 I6 A4 Ld10
Equipment: two hand weapons
Special Rules: Frenzy, Poisoned Attacks, Thrown on the Run, Ward (5+)
Equipment:
may choose one of the following-
longbow...12pts
great weapon...6pts
throwing spear...6pts
darts...3pts
May choose up to 100pts of magic items from the Common and Amazon magic item lists.
She has no option for super-awesome armour, and her Ward save is more reasonable. She's not Stubborn, and her stats are only a little better than the average human commander.
Skirmishers are Not Good in 8th edition. You should have the option for some rank-and-file units, but other than that, I think you'd be fine.
Lots of Poison is fine, but I would say no to global-Frenzy. Just because it's so limiting for you as the general. I would certainly create enough units to allow for an all- or nearly all-Frenzied list, but the option for other troops should be there too, so you can play games that don't involve "run towards them and kill them".
