Short answer is no.

Also, your Warlord must be from your primary detachment. By taking Vulkan as an ally he is not eligible to be your Warlord.

^ good point thanks. It doesn't say in the codec however though so do you think his powers would only apply to the regular marines

Check the FAQ. I'm fairly certain the wording was changed to only affect models chosen from C: SM.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

The direct answer to the question you are looking for is in the FAQ.
Before you ask again go and look there.

You can also use tags to label links in your signature and make them prettier. Like in mine.

Except some of us are idiots (ie me) and don't know how.

If you mouse over the text formatting buttons on the reply screen, it'll give you the codes in the little rectangular box which appears just over the main text box for the reply. For example, for a URL, you can either use (URL)thelink.com(/URL), obviously replacing parentheses with square brackets, or (URL=http://etcetcfulllinkhere)URL Description, just whatever you want to type(/URL). The same codes work in the signature field; just the edit profile page doesn't conveniently remind you what the codes are.

This can be a fun and useful way to add extra content to your signature. Whether it's a link to the FAQs or the forum rules, or to an article or thread you really like, or your Gallery if you want to promote your work, or a funny internet video or movie clip on youtube that you're referencing in a quote, etc. You could, for example, find a clip of the Obi-Wan line you're referencing and embed the link in your text. And/or put a link to the wiki page on Schrodinger's Cat in the second one, if you want to help educate the ignorant.

this should solve that than.

from the FAQ

Page 93 – Vulkan He’stan, Chapter Tactics.
Change the first sentence to read “If you include Vulkan
He’stan in your army then all friendly units chosen from Codex:
Space Marines lose the Combat Tactics special rule. Instead, all
thunder hammers carried by friendly models from Codex: Space
Marines gain the Master Crafted special rule and all flamers,
heavy flamers, meltaguns and multimeltas carried by friendly
models from Codex: Space Marines have the Twin-Linked special
rule”.
