This character feels like she's got an awful lot of stuff. Let's break it down:
220pts for a basic Vampire Lord, right?
- level 4 caster, plus an extra spell from one of three other Lores. 105pts for +3lvls, then either +10 more, if the Lore and spell are random, +20 more, if the spell is random, or +35 more, if she gets to pick the spell (though I'd really just recommend not doing that at all). I'll assume it's the second option.
- Dreadknight is...10pts? Red Fury is 50, Quickblood is 30, and Aura of Dark Majesty is 25pts, right? So that'd be 115pts.
- +2 Attacks for 40pts, +1 Strength for 20 more, +10 for having it all on one weapon, but no re-rolling 1's should knock it back down 10-15. Let's say -15, for 55pts.
- the Ward is worth 30, the extra armour and wound is worth...15 and 25 respectively? The T-test to attack...how about 35 (Elves will have a 50-50 shot at hitting her). So 105pts.
- a Fireball ring is 25pts. This ring, however, has a pretty awesome spell packed in it. I'd price it at 35pts and consider it fair.
So that's 220+125+115+55+105+35 for 655pts.
Honestly, I'd drop her weird extra-spell thing. She's already got Doom N' Darkness in a ring, after all.
Then I'd trim her powers down a bit. Maybe loose Dreadknight?
And if that sword is really "of infinite bloodshed", why not have its one and only power be: remove the restriction on Red Fury?
The Corset just does too much. Drop the Ward and the extra armour (it's a corset. it doesn't offer anything in the way of protection), change the extra Wound to Toughness, and change the T-test to a Ld-test (discipline overcomes pain more easily than raw physicality).
With all those changes, I'd say: -25-10+5-30-15-20, for 655-95, or 560pts.
