Where is your sorcerer hiding? In the Marauders he is Cavalry bait. As you say magic is important so a dispelled scroll is mandatory. What Lore is he using you need to state in your list. You also need to have a plan for it.
18 Warriors are not an anvil. You need at least another rank if you expect them to hold anything up. hey need Halberds if you want them to kill stuff.
You need a BsB particularly with such a low leadership army.
Where is the Palaquin dude going? He needs a LoS or he gets cannon balled off the table. Ruby ring is only useful if you have a fire mage. Why shields and halberds on your characters?
Mutaliths are cool but you don't need 2. Knights in 5s are pretty lacklustre unless delivering some nasty cc character. Id drop both of these for Skulkcrushers they are the best combat unit in the game at the moment.

A few other things:
Powers and kutations ars unique, so can't have two with hideous visage. I would have one on a deamonic mount if you want extra wounds, iideally with a ward save too.
Skullcrushers are very good, as long as they don't hit a HE elf unit with the banner of twd.
I would also give your sorc a ward so that he doesn't get sniped.
I don't see an advantage in the palanquin because he loses the LoS save, makes yim too easy to kill.

The only reasons to take exalteds nowadays are as a Tzeentch BSB with the 3+ ward, rerolling 1s. You can fit 2 tzeentch heroes on discs with 3+ wards, although the second one can't reroll 1s.
Lordwise, you have a casty lord who is more combaty than most casters. I'd actually drop him for the level 4 nurgle prince with the charmed shield, scaled skin and soul feeder and flight. This guy can then snipe off characters, or use the nurgle buffs. And he is tough as nails in combat. Using him and the 3+ rerolling 1s bsb gives you 2 characters who can hold units up and do damage.
I'd also drop the marauders, knights and the beasts for skullcrushers and chariots.

I'm not a massive fan of chariots because they are so darn slow. They are good if your opponent is happy to come at you, but if you need to be the agressor then it can hurt.

Yes chariots are bad that is why the ETC stopped the all chariot lists because they felt sorry for any warriors player running that list...

Chariots are bad? Really? WoC chariots are one of the best core options in the new book. With Mark of Khorne, they provide a tonne of attacks, and impact hits, at the cost of 2" movement compared to normal warriors.(8" march vs 6" move.) This means that , even if you get charged, you can still do a fair bit of damage. Combine that with the fact that 5 khornate chariots makes your core perfectly, leaving you with room for stuff like skullcrushers, and you have a good thing.
The only thing chariots are bad at, is providing a worthwhile combat units.

Normal Khorne Chariots move 8" have 6 S5 attacks and 4 S4 attacks and d6+1 S5 impact hits for 120 points.
They are obviously terrible. Just like the unkillable Tzeentch lord and the 1+ armour Daemon Prince. That's why the ETC stopped them. Almost as useless as the hellheart, the K'Daai Destroyer, the doom rocket etc etc etc

To be fair, I didn't say they were useless. I said I'm not a massive fan of them. I am usually playing battles against people who sir and wait for my troops to get to them, which means that every hit of movement helps.
For 120 points, you could have 6 Khorne warriors with halbreds, giving you 18 S5 attacks. I don't think his is always better, but he unitnis more survivable, gets into combat as quickly and can get ranks.

It is less survivable due to T4 vs T5 and takes longer to get into combat because charge is 2d6+4 rather than 3d6 pick highest +8...

Thought the steed was barded? Don't have my book with me, but thiught the chariot moved 7. Give the warriors banner of swiftness, they get into combat quicker.
Tre the chariot gets wounded less, but it gts far fwer atacks, has fewer wounds and is less likely to win combat against a block. I is less versatile than troops. Ofc they are decent, but I was saying why I PREFER troops and personally don't like chariots very much.
