I have 56 Elysian, 2 sentinels 3 valks, 2 vultures and 2 tauros venators

but can't decide what to theme to paint/base them with

Help me choose

Ideas:

Jungle
I've been thinking of theme inspired by Vietnam War with a bit of Indiana jones. I'll base them with Lustrian undergrowth and maybe a few bits of flocks. Also, to fit with the Indiana Jones theme, include some bits too make it look like they're fighting in some ancient ruins.

Desert
Perhaps Black Hawk Down combined with the war in Afghanistan. In the theme, they are on a desert planet controlled by a chaos taliban organization.

Himalayan Highland
Basically mountainous terrain in an area inspired by the Tibetan Plataeu

Spooky Forrest
Something along the lines of a dark woods inhabited monsters and ghouls(think Warhammer Fantasy Vampire counts)

Hellish Industrial city
A hive world thats been taken over by a chaos lord and has been turned into a hellish silent hill like industrial factory. Blood and dead bodies nailed down everywhere with barbed wire

IMHO, go to Secret Weapon Miniatures for the USA.
They have affordable bases, that look good and fit nearly every theme. For your Elysians I'd go with the Trench Works theme.

Go for black sands and grey rocks. I like the look of a dead world.

Theam the after the WW2 airborne. dosne't really matter if you use the U.S. or the Brits or even the Germans, Airborne are BADASS.

Industrial City. I'm going to second Secret Weapon Miniatures, by the way. Best quality for the money you spend on resin bases.

I feel like there are enough industrial themed armies. ESPECIALLY Imperial Guard. Go different. Go desert.
