Really seems like I am giving up 2 psycannons in order to gain the halberds and hammers as well as a little deepstrike protection. not sure If its really worth it especially with 3 dreadknights kicking around close by who really needs the hammers.

You're wasting your shooting AND your assault with Razorbacks. Go Rhino so at least your 2 psycannons can shoot out the top.
I would say take the strike squad, but don't give it a psilencer or a Razorback. Or, if you do give it a Razorback, give it a lascannon Razorback.

Besides that, the list is pretty solid I guess. Looks similar to my 1500 list these days (except I only have 3 squads of 7 in Rhinos)

I was tossing up on getting rhinos or razors.. I just couldn't pass up on the 10 point twin linked s6 heavy bolters even if it means deploying all my guys in cover so they can shoot, whether I get rhino or razorback they will both die very quick anyway yeah? Might as well ,make use of the heavy bolters and also slight increase to anti flier? Also why no psilencer in the strikes? All I'm giving up is 1 force weapon attack for 4 extra s4 shots or better against Gd's etc

Psilencers vs psycannon, psycannon wins every time. The psilencer seems attractive with S4 Heavy 6, but you cant move and shoot it without snapshots. Psycannons are just overall better (they can even take out AV 14 if they didnt move). Wounding on 2s on most guys is amazing.
