If you're looking for competitive....drop the fexes all together....

Use those points for either more Hive guard, adding more psychic powers to your tervigons AND adrenal glands + Toxin sacs, Doom of Malan'tai in a spod....

Your Raveners don't have any synergy with your army either. Add a Trygon so the firepower that would be targetting them is now targetting your Trygon...

Just some points to consider..

I like it, you might want to swap those screamer fexes for Trygons, they hit harder and take more incoming fire. If you want to keep them you should take the Devourers IMO, that gives you a total of 48 S6 twin-linked shots each turn! With that much mid strength ranged firepower, you might want to swap a Hive Guard unit for Zoanthropes, to counter AV13 and AV14. I'm not sure why you take the Raveners, but they're a fun unit to use, not so competative though. Oh, you should defenitely take 3 Powers on the Tervigons, it makes them so much better, maybe dropping 2 raveners to pay for those psychic powers?

My usual opponents are GK and Ultramarines. Against GK I try to avoid doom.. The only successful ds unit I've had luck with is a spod dakkafex. The ravaners are there to run up the flank in cover out of los to kill anything that flanks... I find that the screamers can add extra punch to terminators or power armor if they get close to my spawning bubble/screen. I didn't pod the fex because I want him to stay in the blob to threaten any paladin/terminator stormtalon(?) drops.

Currently, I don't own any zoanthropes. I love them BUT I'm trying to paint what I have before I purchase more. What I own Currently..

Flyrant
Swarmlord
Walking Tyrant
1 Guard
6 Hiveguard
2 Tervigons
70 Termagaunts
70 Genestealers, BL
Mawloc
12 Warriors
4 shrikes
6 Raveners
3 fexes - dakka, cc/st, armless

I also bought 100 little magnets.. I eventually want to magnetize stuff.

Melee Carnifex are counter-intuitive for fighting Grey Knights. With instant-death weaponry on all standard bodies, a Carnifex is easy prey with his 3+ save. On top of this you should absolutely put on 3 Psyker Powers on your Tervigons as well as Adrenal / Toxin for frightening swarm presence. With your list of models, you'd be better off with Mawloc / Dakkafex / Shrikes I would say, removing the two Screamers. I would also promote Shrikes with LW / BS over Raveners for melee domination.

Another suggestion I would add on top of what was already said is to split your hive guard into 3 units of 2 instead of 2 units of 3. This allows you to keep the same amount of fire power while letting you target more enemy units. It also splits your opponents fire and makes them a tad more survivable.
