Hello and welcome to my first ever project blog. I've been collecting for two years now, and lurking Dakka forums for almost as long. I currently have Blood Angels, Black Templars, Dark Eldar, Bretonnia, and I'm working on a Vampire Counts force. I intend to post pictures of my models as I complete them. Hopefully you enjoy my stuff.

Thanks for reading

This is a Chaos Champion I made in the Warhammer Conversion contest at Games Day 2011 in Chicago. It got first place and I finally got around to painting it last month.

I painted this guy for use in a DnD game (minotaur fighter).

The Leader of my DE force (Kabal of the Obsidian Rose).

White King for my Vampire Counts Army.

First 9 skeleton warriors.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
I was inspired by a Dakka member to paint my Black Templars red instead of black. I really like how they look and had a lot of red paint laying around, so I figured I'd try it out.

Marshal.

Emperor's Champion

Reclusiarch and retinue.

Tactical Squad.

Assault Squad.

Neophytes.

Blood Angels were my first army. I was instantly drawn to the look of the Angels Encarmine, these are some Sanguinary Guard I finished for the army.

I love the Red Templars. I might have to relook at it for a scheme!

These are the guys that inspired my army: http://www.dakkadakka.com/gallery/474055-Crimson%20Templars%20Tactical%20Marines.html

They're by Crimson and they're stunning.

For the immediate future however, my focus is on Vampire Counts. These guys arrived today in the mail.

Spent the last few days assembling these guys, lots of painting to do >.<

15 Grave Guard, 44 skeletons, 5 Black Knights.

This is my first attempt at a VC army list. I'll have to see how the units play before I hone in on a concrete list, but this is my first stab at it.

Spoiler:
HEROS:
necromancer 100pt
-level 2

white king 129pt
-shield
-nightshroud

CORE:
30 skeletons 150pt
-champion

30 skeletons 150pt

15 grave guard 260pt
-senschal
-musician
-standard bearer
-Banner of the Barrows

5 black knights 195pt
-hell knight
-musician
-standard bearer
-razor standard
-barding
-lances

TOTAL: 994pt

My friend is making a 1000pt Skaven army to match. For whatever reason we decided that we didn't have enough stuff already and wanted to branch out into new armies. The jump from Bretonnia to Vampire Counts is dramatic but quite exciting. I'm looking forward to running these guys for the first time at the end of the week.
