Hello i am Tom from Wargame-Model-Mods, i run a small one man company based in the uk

I am here to show of my work, get feedback, ideas and requests from war gamers.

Currently i make mostly 28mm scifi, but have just started a 10mm range and soon launching a 28mm fantasy range

The models on your site do look good. The size comparison helps get an idea of it, too.
Showing a game-in-progress is a good idea.

I like the 'not-Bastion', as a lot of people want alternate versions to mod-up, or just because of the price.

Something you don't seem to have are any painted examples. That'd make a lot of difference.

My eyes are always peeled for Fantasy terrain, so I'm looking forward to seeing that.

How exactly do they fit together? I assume they come in pieces, and then we have to glue them?

spot on, they come flat pack with instructions and they just slot together and glued in place

Some nice kits you've got there, and the prices look good too. Certainly something for me to keep in mind.

Your models look nice enough

So i was looking at white dwarf and there was this neuron flyer, see image

i was looking at the hexagons and the flames and thinking about how they did it. As i wanted to replicate it on my models

and i had an idea while i was thinking about it, air brush templates. I could laser cut them in 2mm mdf so anyone can paint this without having to cut out hexagons from a printed template.

I kept thinking about this and i am coming up with a range of spray paint/ air brush templates for war gamers to use

starting with hexagons and a few other simple shapes to test the market.
What do you think is anyone interested in this?

Surely a template like that would only be useful on mostly flat surfaces?

I can maybe see something working for the tanks of the Imperium.

Of course there are some hexagons and a bunch of random ones (some need a bit of work)

As i said a few days ago there are a couple of new buildings packs

Final design of my first vehicle, it would make great terrain or be used as a proxy in 28mm wargames
It has several build options, including 2 track choices, 2 turret choices, 4 gun options, the details such as hatches, doors, turrets/guns, and all the details on the sides are all optional and can be placed as desired.
The tank measures 124mm long 82mm wide and 60mm tall
It comes on 3 Spruces and is my first product to be on spruces due to the amount of small parts

What do you think of it?
Is there anything you would like to see added to it?

Would you be interested in more vehicles from me I have several ideas for some other tanks and some planes

Loving the look of these, especially the fantasy buildings. When I'm ready to create my games table I'll definately picking up a few sets. Nice prices

Post to uk is £3.70 for 1 buildings you can normally get 2 for this amount then it goes up to £4.90 and you will get about 4 buildings for this, depends on the size of the buildings ordered. Large orders go via UPS and cost £11, a large order is over 2kg’s as it then costs more to use PO than UPS.

To paint the wood, give it a good under coat with your primer, gw is fine or Vallejo surface primer. After this just paint it as normal, the undercoat seals the wood. There are some pictures of painted buildings on my Facebook page in the timeline photos, a tech centre and a supply base

today we have the launch of a new building set

New Buildings set released today, the industrial cooling towers is a set of two, retailing for £14.99.

They are packed with details that can be positioned freely, provide good cover and are interesting to look at.






I am also working on a New vehicle, based on the thunderhawk(so you can use it as a counts as), specifically the attack/transport aspects.
It is going to be a similar size and follow the same sort of features/theme

Design is coming along and i will have initial builds to show you all soon

Looking good! Myself, I'd say if you want to do laser cut vehicles try for stuff like trucks, utility crawlers and such. It seems hard to match a plastic kit for tanks and such.

Some cool looking pieces chap, wouldn't mind putting a lick of paint on them though

Excellent stuff. Might have to pick up some stuff from you. In particular the spray templates. It's a massive pain in the backside (for me anyways) doing freehand unit markings. And maybe the alien temple/alien dropsite thing too for my DE.

On a further note- any chance of doing stuff like Necron architecture? That'd be great if you could!

Can't see any Thunderhawk on there- Are you on about the landing pad?
If so, I think that's a Thunderbolt scarletsquig?
