I don't have a HE army, and I have little or no desire to start collecting one. But I'll be damned if the HE Dragon Princes aren't among the coolest models in the game. I'd like a Battlescroll that lets you buy a unit of Dragon Princes, plus a Noble or Prince in Dragon Armour. Their gimmick would be something along the lines of: starts in reserve, can choose to enter from your board edge or one of the sides (though they can't come from the side if you're in the narrow pass), and gains a bonus to kill an enemy unit that costs more points than your dragon princes. Basically, they come in to save the day, kill something big and scary, and hog all the glory in the process. The more Dragon Princes you take, the harder it is to find an enemy worthy of their time.

Has anybody else done any wishlisting for battlescrolls, or made a battlescroll of their own?

I really like the Ripperdactyl models. I think a battlescroll of Tiqtaq'to, 1-2 units of Terradons and 0-2 units of Ripperdactyls would make sense as a battlescroll, and would be fun to use too.

The Triumph and Treachery rules cover hiring allies, or mercenaries, for your army. Dragon Princes are mentioned specifically.

A formation made of entirely snotling swarms, snotling pump wagons and giants. The special rules would be, that your snotling swarms get improved CR when supported by the giants, but there is a small chance of each giant "eating" a friendly snotling swarm in combat. IDK what the exact mechanics would be but something in that direction.
